Warranty Policy

 

Easyflex Texas, Inc. warrants that at the time of delivery of the Barumi Electric Bidet to purchaser, the product(s) shall be in proper working order. Easyflex Texas Inc.’s Barumi Electric Bidets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Easyflex Texas, Inc.’s sole and exclusive liability under this limited warranty, for the applicable term of the limited warranty, shall be to repair or replace the product(s), and in no event shall Easyflex Texas, Inc. be liable for any alleged damages or losses in excess of the actual amount paid to Easyflex Texas, Inc. for the product(s). Easyflex Texas, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of profits, cost of procuring substitute goods or services, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, even if Easyflex Texas, Inc. is aware of the possibility of any such damages.

 

Easyflex Texas Inc.’s warranty does not cover the following:

 

• Damages or loss from a natural disaster such as a fire, earthquake, flood, electrical storms, etc.

• Damages or loss from pests and/or vermin

• Damages or loss from misuse, negligence, and/or improper maintenance of the product(s)

• Damages or loss from improper installation, removal, or repair of the product(s)

• Damages or loss from compromised water pipes (leaky, frozen, restricted, etc.)

• Service trips to deliver, pickup, install, repair, or remove the product(s)

• Product(s) with original serial number removed or altered

• Product(s) used in a commercial setting

 

All implied warranties and conditions, including, without limitation, implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed by Easyflex Texas, Inc.
